Under the government quota, 7,484 MBBS and BDS seats have been allotted. The closing general rank for MBBS was 27,758 at Government Erode Medical College and Hospital, Perundurai. For BDS, the closing general rank was 26,817 at K.S.R. Institute of Dental Science & Research, Tiruchengode.Under the management quota, 1,953 MBBS and BDS seats have been allotted. The closing general rank for MBBS was 26,929 at Tagore Medical College and Hospital, Chennai. For BDS, the closing general rank was 26,899 at Ragas Dental College & Hospital, Chennai.

Candidates can check their seat allotment result by following these steps:
- Visit the official website at tnmedicalselection.net.
- Go to the MBBS/BDS under UG section.

- Check the allotted seat and college details.
- Download the seat allotment order and save it for admission.
